    I avoid plastic bottles and use refillable stainless steel and glass bottles.

    I carry three collapsable reusable shopping bags in my handbag so that I'm never without.  I also keep a few more in my vehicle.

    Today I carpooled, recycled, and put scraps into compost rather than the trash. I also turned off my tv before I fell asleep last night (new thing for me) 👍🏻
