I forgot my reusable coffee cup today- oops. 

I brought several bags to the grocery store yesterday, so they only bag I ended up getting at the store was for coffee beans. Next time I will remember a coffee bag. It helps that our local grocer is very used to and happy to use customers bags. Other stores don't have that same culture and sometimes their employees grunt and groan about using...

Managed to pack my lunch and remember by stainless steel coffee mug and water bottle today. The key is getting up early enough to pack it all up.

Most of the trash in my trash bin is baby diapers and food packaging. The baby diapers at least are non-toxic non-bleached and can easily biodegrade (with oxygen). But the food packaging is awful. I try to do better by growing a lot of my own food and buying in bulk. 

We try to compost pretty much everything. We even compost unglossly paper and cardboard (actually our worms compost it).  Do you struggle to compost and why?

Today is the first day of EcoChallenge. The GO! Waste Busters team will be working on a variety of tactics to reduce our waste. Today I have committed to bringing a reusable coffee mug with me to work for the next 2 weeks. No throw away coffee cups for me! How about you?
