    I already wash clothes with cold water, but this was mainly to be more gentle on the clothes; it's nice to know that it has a significant eco-benefit as well.

    I believe that small actions can and do add up to real change.  When I see an opportunity, I take it.  When I see an opportunity for someone else, I encourage them.  When I see someone take an opportunity, I express gratitude.  I appreciate those that are taking larger and more complex steps, such as organizing this challenge ... and those who...
