    I never understand leaving the tap runnning when brushing my teeth, guess this makes this challenge easier.

    Today I enjoyed a delicious tofu noodle bowl for lunch and a banana bor breakfast. 2 meals free of meat hopefully I can make it three :)

    I dont wash my hair as often and it makes those 5 min showers seem longer. Protect my hair and save water :)

    The weekends tend to be easier because I'm not rushed for time. I can take more time thinking about the impact I'm making, and what kind of impact my actions could make longterm.

    My challenges are going great so far. I've become a lot more conscience of my actions and my general attititude throughout the day. And doing something good for the environment makes me feel good. So it's a win win situation

    Throughout this week, I believe I've been on hyper alert to complete my challenges. It's easier to be more conscience of my actions and overall emotions.
