BACK TO TEAM PAGE
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Kathleen Greenlese 10/28/2016 4:11 AMI enjoyed the challenges. Nurturing ourselves and the environment is not only a smart thing to do. It is the right thing to do . See you all next year ! -

Christina Weyrick 10/24/2016 9:56 AMThis one is challenging for me, b/c I like to brush with warm water, but I know that's using extra energy too, so I'm trying hard to adjust to cold water brushing. (my water takes a bit to heat up, so that's why I've kept it on in the past) -
Christina Weyrick 10/24/2016 9:54 AMI have always felt guilt about not having my reusable bags with me very often. It's been such an easy change to keep them with me and a relief to feel proud rather than guilty when I leave a store. -
Kathleen Greenlese 10/18/2016 5:53 AMTaking time to do and reflect on the positive, little things , sets a nice tone for the day. -
Kathryn Mae 10/17/2016 6:59 AMWriting down three things I'm grateful for each day has been wonderful. It really makes you more aware of the things you kind of take for granted like waking up, having a husband and children who love you, having a roof over your head and food on your table. -
Kathryn Mae 10/17/2016 6:56 AMOver the weekend I really stuck with not running water while brushing my teeth and keeping my showers under five minutes. -
Kelly Boggs 10/15/2016 4:30 PMI'm outside right now enjoying the firepit and listening to the geese. -
Kathleen Greenlese 10/14/2016 4:20 PMThis one is easy for me ...have done it for years. It becomes a part of your morning ritual very quickly. The benefits are numerous... limbers, stress reduction, hopefully slows down the aging process ! -
Kathleen Greenlese 10/14/2016 4:16 PMMother nature is at her best putting on a show this time of year.
