    Enjoyed a brisk walk outside in the sun  today and I noticed the  vibrant  colored leaves scattered  around like  confetti.  Each leaf a piece of art by mother nature... so  thankful to be  surrounded by such beauty.

    I feel like I need another week... this  can't be over yet!   Isn't it 3 weeks to create a new habit?   I've been thinking how nice it would be to have more places to sit outside and    listen to the rain...  without  getting drenched. Guess my umbrella will have to do! And what  about a rain  garden that is playful...  making  whimsical music, or  moving the rain through a series of  obstacles  that one could follow as it flows... and inspired by nature of course.

    Well it is the last day or recording these habits but certainly not the last day I will be including them in my day to day lifestyle. I considered myself fairly environmentally/health conscious prior to the Ecochallenge, but now I feel I have an updated checklist of things to consider daily. The exercise has been the hardest part to make time for. It seems funny to me considering I also quit smoking over these two weeks, yet the exercising was more difficult to get motivated to do! All in all I am very pleased with my results and am looking forward to participating in next year's Ecochallenge!

    The Eco challenge was a lot of un and seem to go really quickly. Hopefully we will all try to continue the to do all these things after the ECO challenge.

    I enjoyed the two week challenge and I look forward to applying these daily habits to my routine and to help my family to do the same.
