    This challenge has been a fantastic eye opener for me of the many simple things that you can do that are impactful on the environment while being fun and rewarding at the same time! I will make a personal goal to continue many of these activities and work to add more activities after the challenge is over.

    Even though I was tired after work yesterday, I didn't get carryout- instead made a panini with meatless Tofurkey deli meat & warmed up some soup :-) Both frugal and meat-free!
