Enjoyed serving lunch at Our House this weekend! Cooking, cleaning and hanging out with the awesome residents and staff to meet my volunteering challenge. Five points for Gryffindor! Or, you know, our EcoChallenge team. Same diff.

Want to get into gardening but don't have the space? Keep an eye out for openings at one of Portland's amazing community gardens, they also have great volunteer work parties if you're looking for less of a time commitment!

Each gift prevents someone from buying a new item and the other person from having an unneeded item clutter up their space.

Here's a site with some great Portland area hikes if getting active in the outdoors is a part of your 2016 challenge!

It might be cheating to add my already existing CSA as a challenge, but eating everything that comes in that box each week is harder than I thought! Photo because it's so dang pretty, love FoodWorks!
