Holly Windom 10/31/2016 6:22 AMThis is harder than it appeared. Being aware of your actions and truly making a different in your daily walk is enlighten. As one person I can change how the earth is maintained. It almost like being a superhero for sustainability. Wow, if only every one would do just one of the items listed this planet would be a really different in a short amount of time. This was a nice awareness project. I'm going to keep trying! -
Nancy Ebner 10/28/2016 3:21 PMThis was an interesting challenge. I must continue to work on food goal as I still have to force myself to each more fruits and veggies. Now if I could only keep it up not only through the week but on weekends I would be very happy. I am going to try! -

Some tasks I was more successful at than others. The tasks where I improved upon an already established routine where more successful than establishing a new habit. For a portion of the challenge I was traveling which made it difficult to fulfill some of my daily tasks. I think the challenge should be longer to allow for more time to establish a new routine.
