Costco has a great deal on LED lights! 

I got a Nest Thermostat.  It is super cool, yet a little creepy.  It looks like Hal.  It might try to take over our house.  But you can get a $50 rebate if you let PGE adjust your thermostat 5 times a year to help reduce use during peak times!! 

Everyone who arrives at the decision to be more eco-conscious gets there in their own way. However, I really believe that it's small nudges like these that really serve to convince people that they can make a difference, no matter how small it may seem. I'm excited to have the opportunity to take part in such a positive project!
