    I realized through this challenge that a vegan lifestyle isn't for me, but I also learned how to limit the animal products that I consume and look for alternatives! I think that's still a win overall!

    Started the day off with cereal in almond milk, a banana, and a Starbucks mocha with soy milk! I'm off to a good (and delicious) start! Good luck everyone with your challenges!

    Auditing toxic products in and around my home will probably be really beneficial for me and my dog! It will feel good to not have to worry about whether he will get into something that could hurt him when I'm not home.

    Only a few more days until the challenge starts! I'm torn between eating as much dairy and eggs as I can before I have to cut out animal products, and cutting down this week so it won't be as much of a shock to my system. I'll probably alternate day to day, but so far I haven't had any animal products today! Yay!

    My move-in date for my new apartment is right in the middle of the challenge. Perhaps I should change my "Just Drive Less" challenge for something else, because I will undoubtedly be driving a lot more than usual during that time!

    I found some cool videos on how to grow your own veggies and herbs from your leftover cuts! Some things sprout roots right from a fresh cut when placed in water and lettuce will re-grow from a romaine heart placed in soil!
