Nan Clegg 10/20/2016 7:07 AMI have to chase around the house behind my my boyfriend and his son, but they started to catch on by the end of the day! -
Nan Clegg 10/20/2016 7:07 AMAdjusting the thermostat by 2 degrees was pretty easy this time of year.-
Paul Ventura 10/20/2016 8:27 AMI agree, Nan. The trick is to do it when it gets colder. After a while I've gotten used to cooler temperatures in my house -- well, a couple of degrees cooler anyway. I also have a woodburning fireplace to keep my living room cozier.

Nan Clegg 10/20/2016 7:03 AMThe star of today's meals was a 15 bean soup made by my boyfriend!-
Nan Clegg 10/21/2016 5:14 AMIndeed types, and I can't name them all. I also didn't count to be sure there really were 15 types. It was delicious, though! -
Paul Ventura 10/20/2016 4:18 PMFifteen beans?! I'm having a hard time naming 8 or 9 types of beans. And I assume you mean 15 types, not 15 beans, though the latter would surely reduce calorie intake!

Nan Clegg 10/20/2016 7:01 AMWe have a local food production company called SouthWest Produce that do the work for freezing fresh local vegetable for you! They pick, clean, cut, blanch and freeze in 8 pound bags, and I now have enough variety for several months! The brussels sprout are the best I've ever had! -
