Aaron Cook 10/19/2016 10:36 AMGoing well. Eating a vegan diet is easier than I imagined. I have been doing it since September 18th and having this challenge is really nice to keep me on track. I've lost 8 pounds and have eaten more food than I normally eat. I only miss ice crème and the coconut stuff isn't that bad. In a few months I won't even notice a difference.
