    Of my three goals, the most difficult is mindful eating without media distraction! I seem to get two out of three each day but still trying to accomplish the trifecta!

    I've decided on Simplicity challenge goals. Walking each day, eating mindfully, and de-clutter, donate, and recycle uneeded household items.

    Deciding which challenge area to choose this year. Last year I chose the water challenge. Maybe something new for this year.
