C Howe 10/10/2016 3:21 PMI love the one time challenges! They're so easy! I've already been to seafoodwatch.org and I will happily download their app. My first visit to that site taught me the best tuna to purchase. I look forward to learning more.
I grow vegetables and prefer cooking with organic ingredients. It will be my challenge to have a completely organic meal once every day!!
Taking public transportation to work is tough for me because it requires that I get up earlier than usual. That is the challenge! Riding the bus is fine.
