Martha McElligott 10/21/2016 12:46 PMIf I'm not mistaken, that's my cat leading the class. I taught Rascal all of those moves, but to give my teacher her due, I think that maybe Jane Fonda really kicked off this exercise craze. Or Jack Lalanne before he sold out to the power juicer craze.
Really appreciate the movement moments and the 5 minute lead time you give us to deck out in the lycra, leg warmers and sweatbands.
