    This is such a simple thing to do! Did you know you don't even have to wet the toothbrush before you start brushing? (I learned that earlier this year.) Just add your toothpaste to your dry brush, do your brushing, and then turn on the water to rinse the brush and your mouth when you're done.

    I probably only power down my work desktop once or twice a week, so powering down the computer when I have 2 consecutive hours of non-use will be an interesting practice! I didn't realize what an impact that could have.
