Heather Kendall 10/28/2016 8:40 PMI have truly enjoyed challenging myself over the past two weeks. It is always exciting to see what good habits you can pick up when you really put your back into it! I wants to thank the Earth Advantage Team for all of their hard work and rally making a positive change in the world. -
Heather Kendall 10/14/2016 7:55 PMI unfortunately did not get to enjoy a sunrise or sunset today because the the ominous cloudy skies. I have been in awe today of mother nature's raw power as the rain, that is so much a part of who we are in Portland and how we interact with our environment, is taking over. The streets are flooded, the ground saturated, and there seems to be no end in site. I am nervous and exited about what the forecast of strong winds will bring tomorrow. I do love listening to the rain and will for sure be the background noise as I fall asleep tonight. Lets just hope that I do not float away with the rising tide. -
Heather Kendall 10/11/2016 12:07 PMI just recently set a training goal to hike the Grand Canyon for my 45th Birthday next fall. I have a fitness schedule that gets me outside, but I always find that there is always more time I should be spending outside. One way for me to maintain a more active life-style is to get out of the house more and be more engaged with the outdoors. I picked 3 challenges that I think will help me develop habits that will get me outside and being more active and help me prepare for my hike next October!
