    Early start to my day allowed me to witness gorgeous frozen pasture with steam rising from the pond. Amazing!

    Enjoyed a walk around the lake, and gratitude meditation on the dock.  Then...how bout that moon!  Also...Didn't prolong bedtime with tv!  Yay!

    My mom invited me to join this challenge with her church. It seems a good baby step way toward living a more mindful life. It's the little changes that can start dialogue, and remind us to live life purposefully. Thanks Mom!❤️
