Meditation at Work

Under "Health" meditation is not listed as an option. I am going to conduct at least one meditation class at work during the Eco-Challenge. Meditation is proven to lower stress, blood pressure, improves concentration, promotes feelings of well being and relaxation, to name a few.

    Being in a law firm means working in a stressful environment. Meditation can help! I've heard it described as nap time for adults. Taking 30 minutes out of your day to focus your attention on your breath can make a serious impact on your overall stress level.
