    I can feel the health and wellness in my bones :) It feels good to take control of your diet and health, and I look forward to continuing my plan throughout the weekend to see where it takes me.

    Yesterday went pretty well for the first day on a new diet. I unfortunately forgot my bananas, and replaced those calories with a mocha from Cafe Ponte (super healthy, I know), but otherwise, I'm off to a good start. Bye bye mochas ... I'll miss you.

      Good luck with your challenge Kelly! I'm going to be cooking double meals at dinnertime and taking half for lunch the next day. Once you get in the habit, it's actually pretty easy :)

      I was thinking that I should do the same thing; my challenge this year is meal planning and new recipes. I don't want to be putting this all together the night before!

    Hi Team. This year I'm focusing on my health and diet with weekly meal planning and avoiding refined sugar. I'm also going to go pick up a handy, dandy toilet tank bank and save some water at home. Time to go get healthy!
