It's hard to believe that this is the last day.  I feel like it went by pretty fast.

Went to the Farmers' Market again last Saturday - bought more red peppers.  Just love adding to my seasoning while cooking - stuffing them with dressing and grilling them just to eat by themselves.  Hmm good.

Drove with my hubby to see the fall foliage on Franklin Street when we were running errands.  It's like driving down a covered street - both sides have trees that hang over and meet in the middle.  I fell enclosed in fall rapture.

A few weeks ago I went to see the video "Time To Choose."  It was quite a journey the video took me on - around the globe to see the urgency of change but also what's being done.  You might like going the the website and finding out more.  http://www.timetochoose.com/about/

The challenge does help to keep your mind focusing on all the ways one can help the environment - even if it is not on the list.
    Being mindful is good.

Really noticed the fall colors against the evergreens while driving down Eastmont.  Seemed to pop out more because of the rain.
    Glad I noticed.
