Mariellen Miller 10/22/2016 5:29 AMI have completed the energy challenge of changing 10 incandescent light bulbs to LED. Feels really good! I 'fell off the wagon' with eliminating refined sugar from my diet Wed, Thurs and Fri, but believe I can get back on track today. Sugar is certainly a weakness for me! I have found that expressing gratitude to 3 people a day is certainly easy.. -
Mariellen Miller 10/18/2016 7:09 AMI spent the weekend at a Silent Retreat (well mostly silent) in W Va. I avoided refined sugar, YEAH, and also expressed gratitude to more than 3 people a day! So I am feeling like my experience is off to a great start! -

Mariellen Miller 10/08/2016 11:00 AMI have chosen 4 challenges. a couple are one-time objectives. That is changing any incandescent bulbs in our rental home to LED and removing screen savers on my computer as well as turning it off when not expecting to use it within 2 hours.
The other challenges are: Avoiding refined sugar in the Health area & Writing 3 things that I am thankful for each day in the Gratitude area.
