Pamela Patzsch 10/27/2016 6:01 PMI have been out of town since Saturday and could not fit my nature walk in for the last few days. Made it to my favorite MetroPark today and walked to the Adena Mound. -
Pamela Patzsch 10/22/2016 4:47 PMI had lots of disruptions and challenges this week and did not get outside to walk. Today I was at a conference all day, but made a special effort to walk in the park after I got home! -
Pamela Patzsch 10/17/2016 3:04 PMThe EcoChallenge definitely motivated me to get outside to walk instead of working on projects inside. I really enjoyed the sunshine, warm temperature, and nice the breeze. The leaves are changing quickly. My favorites are the orange red maple leaves. -
Pamela Patzsch 10/16/2016 5:29 PMYesterday I walked to the Farmers Market in Worthington and noticed the leaves starting to change color. Tonight I walked to the nature park across the street and sat on a bench in the dark listening to the sounds of insects all around me. -
Pamela Patzsch 10/14/2016 8:17 PMWalked for 50 minutes at my favorite MetroPark today. It was a beautiful day to be out in nature. -
Pamela Patzsch 10/08/2016 7:26 PMI feel much more grounded and connected when I spend time in nature. In addition to walking the dog, I will walk at least 15 minutes each day and be present in nature instead of in my head.
