    It is hard to work on my challenges every day, I forget about them. This weeks I couldn't go to the farmer's market in Moscow

    It gets hard to remember these kind of small details that should become daily habits but with perseverance is always achievable.

    I love the weekends. To have time to cook nice recipes is always fun. I love to know that the food that I'm eating has a good quality

    Today I introduced fish to my diet. Being a college student is hard to eat a variety of food but the other day when I went to the grocery store I decided to try with fish and eat it some days during the week, although I don't know how to know if the fish is decently good or not. Any idea?

    It always feels good to go to the grocery store and only get what is needed. I made a list of what I needed for each meal and bought enough for the week. It always helps to make lists so when its time to buy you don't walk all around the store seeing what sounds good. I also like to get paper bags, it just takes 2 seconds to look for them because in a lot of stores a first view they only have plastic ones but usually they are better if you are buying heavy products like milk.

    I haven't had the change to plant an herb or to go to a farmers market but for now to eat healthy is not being too bad. I just have to remind myself that even though sometimes it takes longer, it makes me feel full for longer and I feel that I'm eating real food. Also one of the hard ones is to not use devices while I'm eating, today I couldn't do it, I forgot about it but I will try to remind myself to leave the phone during my meals because when you lift your head up you discover a lot of things that you were missing.

    It is not always easy to get organic ingredients when you are a college student but I always like to buy the Quinoa that says organic because at least I know that something that I'm eating is for sure good.

    I like to cook my own lunch for that reason when i go to the groceries I buy some pasta or rice and I make it with veggies. After some practice I have been able to make healthy meals with good taste.
