    This helped a little bit.  Woke up before my alarm at 5:30.

    I am having a tough time with getting 7 hours of sleep each night.  It seems like if I go to bed earlier, I wake up in the middle of the night. When I go to bed later with the hopes of getting the bare minimum of 7 hours - I can't fall asleep.  Blah.
