Kyenne Williams 10/20/2016 8:40 AMSo far so good. My body is super appreciative of my efforts to get to bed earlier consistently. How? I set an alarm on my phone for 20 minutes before I want to go to bed, and then I put it down for the remainder of the evening. I sleep better, and get other things done! Win-win-win. -
