Alexandria Caron 10/24/2016 2:43 PMIt seems as though when you try to make diet changes, something gets thrown in your way to test you. For example, I chose to give up refined sugar for my challenge. The other day, I woke up to find that my mom had made chocolate chip waffles for breakfast.
