Reed Coleman 10/15/2016 7:26 AMSo much easier than I thought to limit social media. Used to check it before work, again after work, and once in a while during the day if I had a free moment. I am grateful for the opportunity to simply leave it to a brief check after dinner --- I feel so much better! I'm also grateful for the extra reminder to avoid refined sugar --- helps me remember where it's hidden (lots of places!) -- and keep myself on track.
