SPRING IVEY 10/20/2016 5:18 AMOf the 2 challenges I picked to do daily, I find it difficult to get outside for 30 minutes. Especially as the weather is getting colder and wetter. I have to remind and force myself to do this and I shouldn't have to. Regardless of being allergic to everything outside, I do enjoy being in the sun and seeing the colors change. So, I will make the effort more vigorously! -

SPRING IVEY 10/14/2016 10:08 AMToday I am grateful for: my parents, it's their 49th wedding anniversary, such a wonderful example of love; my husband Mike and his flexibility to go with the flow of the changes a day brings; and that there are wonderful theaters near by, going to the Fisher to see a production tonight! -
