    during this eco challenge i'm trying to be more like pizza rat- rejoicing in meal planning, planning my meals out to reduce restaurant meals, and trying new things! pizza rat, you're the inspiration.

      If I'm not mistaken, that's my cat leading the class.  I taught Rascal all of those moves, but to give my teacher her due, I think that maybe Jane Fonda really kicked off this exercise craze.  Or Jack Lalanne before he sold out to the power juicer craze.  

      Really appreciate the movement moments and the 5 minute lead time you give us to deck out  in the lycra, leg warmers and sweatbands.
