Matt Lovitt 10/18/2016 3:28 AMOh boy tonight is a rough one. I'm starting to haaaaate working night shift! Can you send messages on here? Someone should message me, remind me that being frustrated is perfectly normal and that I DON'T need that cigarette, it's just my brain trying to trick me.
Work/Night shift plus side: Free coffee and regular cups to drink it in - not disposable (though, those are an option too that far too many people here use and waste).-

Matt Lovitt 10/16/2016 1:44 PMI completely spaced and forgot to check in for my challenge! Things are going... well. Okay, I lied. Things are going MOST well. Quitting smoking this time is going MUCH harder than last time. I quit for about 6 months before and then relapsed, this time though feels like more of a struggle. I don't know, maybe my memory of the first time is a little delusional, or maybe it's trying to remember to do all these other challenges at the same time. Not using disposable coffee mugs or bags from the store or water bottles is easy so far. Just had to stop by my storage and pull out my water bottle, my mug, and my bags/totes that I used to take grocery shopping with me before I moved! Yesterday's walk wasn't so much fun either - found out my rain coat works pretty well though :)-
April Ann Fong 10/16/2016 2:31 PMYay for the rain coat, mug, water bottle, and totes! Good luck with the smoking--that is one of the hardest challenges, but one with HUGE benefits! You may want to consider using a patch and chewing gum? I know that this one is hard. Good luck and good work! :D
