I learned that remembering to log in daily was a bigger challenge than actually doing many of my actual challenges.  That's mostly good news - many of these are now habits.  There's always room to improve, but part of life balance for me now means easing back from self-improvement and enjoying my life.

I think the biggest benefit of this challenge was seeing Shannon's post about the Seafood Watch app, which I have downloaded and already used.  It's helpful to hear new ideas, especially when they don't come from companies selling products.

what I plan to do is to continue existing healthy patterns, and nudge them a bit higher.  I picked these because they are achievable and make a difference.  Specifically, less sugar and meat, more organics and exercise, and mindfulness are challenges that are at the same time simple, challenging, and important.

I think my challenges are all do-able, particularly so since the competition hasn't stated yet.
