    It is the last day of the challenge, but I intend to keep going after the challenge is over.  It is really about making simple and sensible changes.

    It has been easier than I thought.  My Pilates class is so enjoyable, I don't mind giving up the computer or TV.

    I decided to use food from my freezer as a method to have zero waste for one meal and also declutter the freezer.

    To enhance my commitment, I have participated in circuit training, exercise class instead of watching TV/ using laptop.

    I have started to reduce my screen time each day and exercising MWF.  The other times I am de-cluttering my household.

    The changes I plan to make complement each other.  I plan to reduce my screen time/TV time by 30 minutes and go for a walk, exercise or de-clutter my home.  As I make the changes, I plan to use my reusable water bottle instead of disposables.  Also, cooking for one, I will buy only what I need and plan for zero waste for my dinner meal.
