I saved two weeks of work garbage just to see what I put in the trash by my desk. Lots of wrappers - granola bars and cheese sticks. Maybe I could challenge myself next year with making my own granola bars so I can be wrapper free.

While I didn't really get a chance to declutter, I am still planning to finish this so I will no longer have it hanging over my head. After completing this project will need to consider what other steps I should take to simplify my life.

Bought a bunch of "ugly" bananas on the clearance shelf. Thanks to Rich McConaghy for inspiring the action. They are just headed for a smoothie, anyway!

I managed to not sample the Seafood chowder at our soup potluck today, nor did I use the disposable bowl. At my small group last night, without thinking I accepted and ate from a paper plate. I was so disappointed that I didn't even think about it until I was almost finished, it is so hard to train myself to think differently.

This no-disposables was harder for me than I originally thought. It takes being on-point at every meal, snack and moment that someone offers you something. Worth trying again and keep refining the habit for sure!

Keep it up Eric, you're doing a great job of modeling waste-busting habits for us all!

My old habit of drying my coffee cup with a paper towel sneaked up of me today. Oh Monday!

One bag of garbage in the Can and my recycle bin is nearly full.
