    I have been traveling since the Ecochallenge started, my third trip in three weeks and I was gone for 6 days...I completely failed to stick to my challenges! However, today is a new day and while the exercise one may be tricky given my schedule the next few days, I know I can at least stick to the other three! (Maybe next time I'll only take on one or two!) Here's to not giving up!

    I love these challenges! Keeps me more mindful and sharp about my decisions! The one I'm having a hard time with is : Only buy what you need. Wow- we don't need much. Best reminder of all 😄

    I signed up for the Blue Sky clean energy program at Pacific Power

    Today, I signed our NW Natural account up with the Smart Energy program, which helps support Biodigesters. I learned that this helps turn cow manure into biogas, diverting the methane from the atmosphere, and keeping it the manure out of the water supply. So cool.

    Uh oh, I meant to say I would get 25 minutes of exercise every day... 25 hours might be a little extreme.
