    I added a recurring appt to my calendar with a link to my dashboard. It pops up daily & I pop in.  Takes 2 minutes and I rack up 70 points a week for SAGE.  If we all did that ...

    The rains have set in and at 3pm I gazed fondly at a few ripe red roasting peppers and the last couple of pounds of mostly ripe tomatoes on the counter.   Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper soup to the rescue.  That was a nice way to pay an homage to the summer and the season.  I'm already planning next  years plantings.

    Today was a day of planes and automobiles.  Once again, skipped the big spread and went for a yogurt and coffee.  There were lots of choices in the airport for chicken, fish or veg - and the airplane meal was a salad.  Even though I had less control of what I could eat, I still made the challenge.
