Erica Hollis 10/16/2016 5:55 AMNot so easy to tend the garden in pouring rain and galeforce winds. -
Susanne Donoghue 10/15/2016 5:19 PMThis is a great challenge. I am excited to see lots of people taking seriously the needs of our precious planet. We live in Ecuador, so some of the challenges are easy. But today, I walked about 2 miles and took the bus to the city to use the ATM. Most of our meals are meatless, although we use cheese for protein sometimes. Today we only ate vegetables and fruits from local farmers, brownie and chocolate from local bakery and oats from the supermercado. It is a good life here. One of the best spots on the planet to stay in touch with nature. We watched the sunset for about half another over Volcán Cotacachi. -
