Karl Gieben 10/20/2016 11:16 AMI'm excited to be part of EcoChallenge, and I look forward to taking walks and exercising more regularly. There's one commitment that's relatively easy for me to make, and that's choosing not to buy plastic products, because I seldom purchase things like that. I need to work harder to meet my daily challenge of walking 30 mins and exercising on my stationary bicycle. This is going to be great! :-D-
April Ann Fong 10/20/2016 12:40 PMYes, try to check in more, Karl! Nice to see you here! -
Karl Gieben 10/20/2016 11:17 AM... and I'm adding back in my old physical therapy routine! Yay!
