Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?
Woohoo! I just discovered so many more things in EcoChallenge that I already do and that I added to my list of Challenges! There are going to be a lot more points for our team the more challenges we sign up for! Go team! :D
I'm excited to be part of EcoChallenge, and I look forward to taking walks and exercising more regularly. There's one commitment that's relatively easy for me to make, and that's choosing not to buy plastic products, because I seldom purchase things like that. I need to work harder to meet my daily challenge of walking 30 mins and exercising on my stationary bicycle. This is going to be great! :-D
