The challenge is going well. I'm surprised I am not missing meat. I kind of miss cheese, although there are some non-dairy alternatives that are quite good. -

Ellen Ives 10/14/2016 1:31 PMForks Over Knives Recipe book has been purchased. Purchase of basic foods to have on hand as well as meal planning will occur very soon. Currently we are eating up the foods that don't coincide with the whole food plant-based diet.
