    Ended up not drinking anything at sporting event last night because I forgot to bring a cup to the stadium. Good lesson!

    Getting ready to walk across town for the PBJ's Corporate Philanthropy luncheon. I might be soggy when I arrive, but looking forward to the first of my daily walks (for at least 30 minutes) for the next two weeks.
