    A great way to keep track of time in the shower is to play one of your favorite songs! When it ends, you know it's time to get out.

    This is such a simple thing to do! Did you know you don't even have to wet the toothbrush before you start brushing? (I learned that earlier this year.) Just add your toothpaste to your dry brush, do your brushing, and then turn on the water to rinse the brush and your mouth when you're done.
