    This is a great challenge. I am excited to see lots of people taking seriously the needs of our precious planet. We live in Ecuador, so some of the challenges are easy. But today, I walked about 2 miles and took the bus to the city to use the ATM. Most of our meals are meatless, although we use cheese for protein sometimes. Today we only ate...
