Day 15: a cool Fall day here in NJ; was able to complete 1 of my 2 daily challenges.  Couldn't hang outdoors for 30+ minutes due to having a medical procedure today.  I will make up for it in the coming days.
Farewell 2016 EcoChallenge, hello EcoLifestyle continued!
Thank you Louisa & team NJDEP EcoLogicals!!!

Spent most of today working on my volunteer activities for the Farmers Market, Green Team, League of Women Voters, and as Liturgy Coordinator at my Church.  I have definitely reached my 12 hour goal for the last 2 weeks and then some.

Tomorrow we are running our monthly recycling collection at the Pennington Farmers Market.  We collect #5 Plastic, styrofoam egg cartons, wine corks, dental care products, plastic bags & film, and CDs/DVDs.  None of these items are allowed in curbside recycling in Mercer County. All materials are taken to companies for recycling, often being made into long-lasting products.

Joann, may I save up CDs & DVDs & get them to you on occasion (or can you let me know of a source of disposal)?  Also, do you have an outlet for plastic bottle caps?   Thanks!

I finished up my challenge by downing a nice plate of eggplant parm for dinner.  The end.

Hey Audrey, good job on the EcoChalleng!  I don't understand why you don't have any of the energy challenges showing "completed."  I can tell by your posts that you were cognizant of the issue many days.  Did you just forget to check that challenge off?  It was fun reading your posts!
