    Hi OSB Sustainable Futures Team!

We are more than a week into the challenge and as a team we have saved up to 16 pounds of CO2 for entering our atmosphere, 417 gallons of water, and have kept over 50 disposable cups and water bottles from entering our landfills!  Great work team, and remember to keep checking in and completing your challenges daily.  Thank you for your participation so far and lets keep going strong through the week!

Documenting 3 things I am grateful for daily is something I've always meant to do, but never found the time for. This challenge has made it a priority for me, and it really feels good to recognize and appreciate the wonderful people in my life each day!

I just bought 1/2 a pasture raised pig from a local farmer - so my chest freezer will be full of good pork raised to the highest ethical and environmental standards!  This is the cheapest way to get good meat - bulk!
